Too much coffee is not good in my opinion, green tea is much better. Coffee dosn't have that many benefits anyway. Too much wine is not too good either, but one cup a day might be okay.

Taken in moderation there is no reason why these three substances cannot be of benefit in providing health benefits to many people.They might prove especially beneficial to people who already know that there is a family proclivity for certain medical conditions. They are counter-indicated in some conditions, however, and their side effects must be considered.
