Before I found out I was diabetic I had a lot of symptoms that included night sweats, weight loss, increased thirst which made me go to the bathroom all the time, hungry all the time, periods where I would black out, tired more than normal, and dizziness. I was admitted to the hospital when my blood sugar was 698 and was on a verge of a diabetic coma.

Polyuria - frequent urination since glucose in the blood is excreted through the urine Polydipsia - thirsty due to frequent urination Polyphagia - Like to eat a lot since you are not utilizing the glucose in your blood. Hope this help!
