OK, so I have only taken one Anatomy course so far but I'll give it a shot on one or two of these... 3. I would think that the use of barbiturates would trigger the body to create more RBC's in order to increase oxygen levels in the blood. 5. One advantage of Epi's half life is the speed in which it is used in the body. Once the perceived threat that initially increased the Epi is gone the body can then resume normal activity.
