I am not sure what" highblood" means. No one here can prescribe medication. This is something to ask your health team about. Good luck.

The best "medication" is knowledge. With proper diet and daily exercise, both high blood pressure and diabetes mellitus (type 2) can be controlled to the point that they become a non issue. Since adopting a healthy diet and daily exercise routine, my diabetes has reversed to the extent that I no longer take any medication at all, and my blood pressure has stabilized.
