a and c because they're kind of the same answer, unless a is supposed to be diabetes insipidus (which would be indicated of the ADH levels were ABnormal.

The question fails to take into account that Cushing's causes diabetes mellitus as well. I could be A, B, C or D in real life, but I suppose the answer they are looking for is C, sadly. The endocrine system is not one where one symptom ever means x as when one hormone goes off, it can have a domino effect.
